Quick answer. On the phone or tablet app, tap the download arrow on a title you are allowed to save. Wi-Fi only if you care about data.
TV apps usually cannot download. That is a phone and tablet feature.
MarketPalace Guide Center writes this as a solution walkthrough — the order we would use if we were in the room with you. We name the next click, then what to do if that click fails. We do not sell the TV, the kettle, or the plane ticket.

1. Open the title → Downloads / the arrow
Not every title allows it. A missing arrow means the licence forbids it.
2. Pick quality. Standard uses less space
Download on Wi-Fi.
3. Watch from the Downloads tab, not Search
Search may try to stream.
4. Downloads expire. Re-download before a flight if the app says they will lapse
If it still fails
- Stop, take a photo of the screen or part, and write to us with the model name. Do not force a part that will not turn.
